My Grandfather

My grandfather´s name is Gottfried. He is 63 years old. He has grey hair and blue eyes. He is big and very strong. Gottfried has a very muscular body. He also has big hands. So he is not able to activate small mobile phones. But these days there are nearly only such small mobile phones. That is not very easy for him.
Gottfried lives in Judenburg, Styria.  He has a farm on the mountains. Many animals live on his farm. He loves his farm and his animals very much. Also he loves his wife. His hobbies are climbing in the mountains, his farm, and hunting. He has four children and seven grandchildren, who love him very much.
He has individual objectives. He wants that his wife and his animals feel good. He loves his wife very much and wants that his wife is comfortable and healthy.
As a matter of course, Gottfried has a tractor. So every time, if I am on his farm, I may drive with the tractor. That is great fun!
Gottfried is a very friendly and kind person. Everybody respect him because he has a big charisma. He often makes advances to someone. But he also likes it, if other people make advances to him. He is modest and knows what is true or false.

The Invention Of The Car Changed The World

In the first place, the invention of the car was really important for the humans. Today everyone has got a car. They use them every day to get to work in time, to go to the market, everything. Nobody is able to imagine living without cars. It would be very difficult.
Another point to be made is that in the past the people did not have any cars. They went by feet, by bicycle or by horse. There were not any cars, so there were not any accidents with them, which kills people. Nobody was able to imagine having cars, but suddenly they had been invented.
Because of this, the world has been changed. Today cars are very important. Without them the world trade would be impossible.
On the one hand, cars are very practical to get to several places. On the other hand, cars are very dangerous for the environment. They damage it hardly.
In conclusion, the invention of the car changed the world. They are practical but also dangerous. The government should take action on allying cars.

Means of Transport

Means of Transport
Since the early humans, transport has been a very big subject. The wheel had already been invented in 3500 BC, but it was not useful on carts because there were no roads or paths.
For a very long time, the horse was the fastest and most common way to travel. It is able to run about 55 km/h!
The hot air balloon appeared in the 18th Century. The Montgolfier brothers, who were rather courageous, made the first flight in their hot air balloon, but it started to burn. Luckily they landed safely.
The railway was developed in 1803 and the first passengers travelled in 1804. But the inventor, Richard Trevithick, had to improve the tracks, which were not strong enough.
The first bicycles did not appear until 1840. But they had no pedals. The first bicycle with pedals was invented 140 years later by Mr. MacMillan.
In the 20th Century many new means of transport were invented, like the hydrofoil and the hovercraft, which floats on a cushion. It is filled with air.
The first flight with an airplane was made in 1903 by the Wright brothers. Since that, technology and industry have developed very intensely.
Neil Armstrong was the first man who flew to the moon; He landed in 1979. The first space shuttle was built in 1981. The first tourist was able to fly into space in 2002.
